My experience was 100/10. The professionalism of the ladies is top tier. I love the coordination of the team, that you don't have to wait on a specific person to do your complete service, so the process is smooth. I definitely love this experience, and have found the perfect place to get my beauty services.

I had my first visit today and I was genuinely impressed. There was no waiting at all — I was taken care of right on time, which I truly appreciated. The staff was courteous, polite, and very professional, creating such a welcoming atmosphere from the moment I walked in.

The salon itself is beautiful — chic, clean, and thoughtfully designed. You can tell they take pride in their space and in the experience they provide. Everything was done efficiently without feeling rushed, and the service was excellent from start to finish.

The service was really good, on entry I got called by my name 🤭… and being the indecisive person I am even though I made a booking the stylist (owner) listen to me and gave me options as well as the assistant but time was really against me but I got my service done and I was happy. Definitely would recommend

The service was amazing!! Someone shampooed my hair and she was so amazing, I fell asleep. Then I was placed with another hairstylist for my blow out and silk press and she was also amazing! The entire staff is extremely professional and they walk you through everything they are doing. This was my 1st experience with true virgin and I will definitely be back.

The space was clean neat and welcoming. Though I didn’t get the names of the ladies who took care of my hair , they were all professional and made sure that the entire process was comfortable. The service I did included relax treat,colour, trim and flat iron. It was all money spent well.
